Ingredients
- Oil: 3 tbsp
- Eggs: 4 beaten
- Big Onion: 1 Big Size
- Tomato: 1 Medium Size
- Ginger Garlic Paste: 1tsp
- Turmeric: 1tsp
- Chilli powder: 0.5 to 1 tsp
- Jeera Powder: 0.5 tsp
- Coriander powder: 0 tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Coriander leaves (Optional)
Procedure
- Heat oil and then fry onion till golden
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes away
- Add cut tomato and stir for sometime
- Add salt to taste
- Add turmeric, chilli powder and jeera powder and fry a little longer
- Wait till it is cooked properly and then add the beaten eggs. Keep stirring until it dries.
- Garnish with coriander
