Ingredients
- Cooked rice
- Onion: 1 small
- Tomato: 1 small
- Potato: 2 (Dice cut)
- Oil: 2 tbsp
- Mustard: 1 tbsp
- Cumin: 1 tbsp
- Garlic: 4 – 5 cloves
- Green chili: 2
- Curry leaves
- Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
- Corriander powder: 1 tbsp
- Pepper Powder: 1 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
- Red chili powder: to taste
- Coriander leaves
Procedure
- Fry the potato in 1 tbsp oil and keep it separate.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil and add
- Mustard: 1 tbsp
- Cumin: 1 tbsp
- Garlic: 4 – 5 cloves
- Green chili: 2
- Curry leaves
- Fry onion and tomato
- Add fried potato and add
- Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
- Corriander powder: 1 tbsp
- Pepper Powder: 1 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
- Red chili powder: to taste
- Add cooked rice
