Ingredients
- Rice : 1 cup
- Water: 2.5 cup water
- Salt: To Taste
- Oil: 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds: 0.5 tsp
- Urad Dal: 1 tsp
- Chana Dal: 2 tsp
- Red chilli: 2
- Curry leaves: 10
- Hing: 1 pinch
- Haldi: 0.25 tsp
- Lemon: 1 large
Procedure
- Cook rice. It has to be a little softer than regular eating. Add salt to taste while cooking rice.
- Spread rice in order to cool it. Break curry leaves in hot rice.
- For Tadka heat Oil
- Mustard seeds: 0.5 tsp
- Red chili: 2
- Hing: 1 pinch
- Lemon: 1 large
- Urad Dal: 1 tsp
- Chana Dal: 2 tsp
- Mix this tadka in the cooled rice.
- Add Turmeric and Lemon and mix it well.
- Add salt to taste.
