Ingredients
- Onion: 1 small
- Okra: 200 gms cut into medium pieces
- Potato: 2 small (Thin slices)
- Chilli powder: 0.5 tsp
- Turmeric powder: 0.5 tsp
- Oil: 1 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
Procedure
- Heat oil in Pan.
- Fry the Okra for 5 mins and cover the pan for sometime.
- Add onion and Potato and cook. Alternate stirring and covering the pan.
- Add turmeric, salt and chilli powder.
- Cook till okra is covered properly
