Okra Curry

Cooking time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  1. Aunty powder: 2tbsp
  2. Oil: 2tbsp
  3. Ladies finger: 10
  4. Tomato: 1
  5. Salt: to taste
  6. Tamarind juice: to taste
  7. Sugar: 0.5 tsp
  8. Mustard: 0.25 tsp
  9. Water: 0.5 l

Procedure

  1. Mix aunty powder, salt, sugar, tamarind water (to taste), smashed tomato and water.
  2. Heat oil and then add mustard.
  3. Fry onion  till it becomes reddish.
  4. Fry ladiesfinger till its sliminess goes.
  5. Add this to the mix made earlier.
  6. Cook for 2 whistle and leave it to simmer for 5 mins
