Ingredients
- Oil: 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon Sticks: 1 in
- Jeera: 2 tsp
- Cardamom Green: 3
- Cardomom Black: 1
- Red chili: 2
- Whole Pepper: 0.5tsp
- Onion: 2 large
- Green chili: 2
- Ginger garlic paste: 1tsp
- Chicken : 500 gms
- Tomato: 2
- Salt
- Turmeric: .5 tsp
- Coriander powder: 1tsp
- Pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri chili : 1tbsp
- Curd(optional): 1/2 cup
- Chicken masala: 1tbsp
- Garam masala: 1/2 tsp
Procedure
- Heat oil
- Add whole spice and cook slightly till it splutters
- Cinnamon Sticks: 1 in
- Jeera: 2 tsp
- Cardamom Green: 3
- Cardomom Black: 1
- Red chili: 2
- Whole Pepper: 0.5tsp
- Fry onion and green chilli
- Add ginger garlic paste and shortly afterwards add chicken
- Fry tomato till mushy
- Add Salt to taste and the following spices
- Turmeric: .5 tsp
- Coriander powder: 1tsp
- Pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri chili : 1tbsp
- Cook for sometime with closed lid
- Open and add the following to finish the cooking
- Curd(optional): 1/2 cup
- Chicken masala: 1tbsp
- Garam masala: 1/2 tsp
