Potato Bhaji

Serves: 3

Indgredients

  1. Potato: 8 med size dice cut
  2. Onion: 1 medium size (Long thin cut)
  3. Tomato: 1 small
  4. Turmeric: 0.5 tsp
  5. Chili powder: 1 tsp
  6. Salt: to taste
  7. Mustard: 0.5 tsp
  8. Jeera: 1 tsp
  9. Oil: 1 tsbp

Procedure

  1. Heat oil and add Jeera and mustard. Wait for the mustard to splutter.
  2. Fry onions till it it becomes glassy
  3. Add chili powder and turmeric and fry for sometime.
  4. Add the tomatoes and cook till it becomes soft
  5. Add the potatoes and slightly fry.
  6. Then add 0.5 cup water and pressure cook it for 3 whistles.
