Indgredients
- Potato: 8 med size dice cut
- Onion: 1 medium size (Long thin cut)
- Tomato: 1 small
- Turmeric: 0.5 tsp
- Chili powder: 1 tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Mustard: 0.5 tsp
- Jeera: 1 tsp
- Oil: 1 tsbp
Procedure
- Heat oil and add Jeera and mustard. Wait for the mustard to splutter.
- Fry onions till it it becomes glassy
- Add chili powder and turmeric and fry for sometime.
- Add the tomatoes and cook till it becomes soft
- Add the potatoes and slightly fry.
- Then add 0.5 cup water and pressure cook it for 3 whistles.
