What do you do when you are short of time and have lots of eggs and potatoes? Spanish Omelette is the solution
Serves: 1
Ingredients
- Eggs:2
- Potato: 1 Med size (medium thick short slices)
- Onion: 1 Med size sliced
- Pepper
- Salt
Procedure
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onion till glassy.
- Add the potato and little salt and fry till soft.
- Beat 2 eggs and add salt and pepper in it.
- Mix the cooked potato with the eggs
- Spread the eggs and potatoes in pan and cook in small heat.
- Cover it to cook on both sides.
- After sometime flip the omelette. Use a plate to cover the pan and flip easily.
- Cook on other side.
