Ingredients
- Aunty powder: 2tbsp
- Oil: 2tbsp
- Garlic: 15 pieces
- Salt: to taste
- Tamarind juice: to taste
- Sugar: 0.5 tsp
- Mustard: 0.25 tsp
- Jeera: 0.5 tsp
- Pepper: 8 – 10
- Water: 0.5 l
Procedure
- Mix aunty powder, salt, sugar, tamarind water (to taste) and water (consistency should not be too thin).
- Heat oil in pressure cooker and then add mustard, jeera, pepper.
- Fry garlic till it becomes reddish.
- Add this to the mix made earlier.
- Cook for 2 whistle and leave it to simmer for 5 min
