Ingredients
- Chicken: 600 gms
- Dry Chilli: 4
- Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
- Bay Leaf: 1 med size
- Garlic: 6
- Ginger: 1 inch (Also can use ginger garlic paste)
- Onion: 1 large
- Coriander Powder: 2 tsp
- Potato: 3/4 (big dice cut)
- Garam Masala: 0.5 tsp
- Turmeric: 0.5 tsp
- Oil: 2 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
Procedure
- Add the following with little water into a mixer grinder to make a paste
- Dry Chilli: 4
- Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
- Bay Leaf: 1 med size
- Garlic: 6
- Ginger: 1 in (Also can use ginger garlic paste)
- Heal oil and fry the cut onions in a pressure cooker till it becomes glassy.
- Add turmeric powder and cook for a short while.
- Add the paste and coriander powder.
- Fry the chicken and cut potato.
- Add salt to taste and add water to make the gravy.
- Pressure cook it for 4 whistles.
- Open and add masala when the curry is hot.
